Fees and Services

• One on one client assessment to determine your preferences, allergies and goals.
• Recipe research and menu planning.
• Grocery shopping on the morning of your service.
• Use of the chef's equipment and portable pantry. (includes dried herbs and seasonings used in small amounts)
• Preparation of meals prepared in your home.
• Packaging and storing of all meals in your refrigerator or freezer, labeled with specific heating instructions for each dish.

FEE SCHEDULE
Epicurean Ease charges a chef fee of $300 plus the cost of groceries for each cook date.  On a given cook date, I can prepare up to 5 different entrees with appropriate side dishes for each entree.  This includes menu planning, shopping, cooking, storing and labeling meals.  
 
Family style meals with no side dishes would be charged a slightly less fee of $285 per cook date. 
 
Bi-weekly or random cook dates involves duplicate meals for 2-4 weeks stored in your freezer with significant financial savings to the client.

Containers: A re-usable quality pyrex-type storage container fee of $60 will be billed with your first order unless you would like bag service in which case a small bag charge of $10.00 would apply with each service.
